**SOLD OUT** 2 day Beginners Floristry (Module 1)

An intensive two days Introduction to Floristry for beginners at Rose Cottage for anyone wanting to start on a floral journey. You will learn the foundations of floral design and will make and take home beautiful designs using best seasonal flowers and foliage.

This is Module 1 in my Train to be a Florist’ course programme, you can do this as a stand alone or as part of the programme
Whether you are new to floristry or ready to take the next steps this exciting course will develop your skills and knowledge.

There are beautiful areas around Rose Cottage where you can photograph your creations so that you can start to build up your portfolio.
This course is particularly useful for students who are considering going into retail, wedding or event floristry. I aim to give you the best possible start in your new venture and will share tips and tricks of my trade
Students who attend this course may wish to progress onto my Wedding Floristry course or choose some of the alternative course/workshop options available. After completing a series of courses, workshops or one to one tuition, students can progress to starting their own business as well as working in the floristry industry in other capacities.
This course is designed for beginners. For students who have some experience you may wish to take part in some of my other courses and workshops designed for students with some floristry experience.
The atmosphere at Rose Cottage is relaxed informal learning using beautiful flowers, taught by me – and I’m a qualified and experienced florist and tutor.
Duration: We will start at 10.30am and finish at approximately 5pm.
All flowers, materials, tools, apron are available for you to use.
Lunch is included
Additional information
Flowers and containers are included to create your designs.
An apron and tools are also provided for your use.
There will be a selection of sundries available to purchase on the day, so that you can continue floristry at home.
